When you access monke on your Android phone, iPhone, or desktop, you enter into an agreement with us to abide by these terms. We set out our rights and responsibilities clearly so you understand how we operate, how we handle your account, and what happens if disputes arise.
This document covers account creation, deposits and withdrawals, bonus conditions, prohibited conduct, dispute resolution, and our jurisdiction notice. We have written these terms in plain language rather than legal jargon, but they are legally binding. By accessing monke, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.

Account creation and eligibility

Your account balance is denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not offer currency conversion. If you deposit from abroad, you are responsible for any exchange-rate differences applied by your bank.
We reserve the right to place holds on withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity or if required by law. We will notify you of any hold and its reason. We do not arbitrarily freeze accounts, but we may do so if we believe fraud is occurring or if we are required to comply with legal requests.

This includes: using monke from a jurisdiction where our services are illegal; attempting to manipulate our systems or games; placing bets on behalf of another person; using automated software to access our platform; money laundering or using monke for illegal transactions; harassment of our staff; or repeatedly disputing legitimate losses.
If we suspect prohibited conduct, we may suspend your account pending investigation. If we confirm misconduct, we close your account permanently. We will return your cash balance (minus any amounts owed) to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, but we forfeit any bonus balance.
We also prohibit betting on sports fixtures or games from your own organization, team, or entity in which you have a direct financial interest. This rule prevents conflict of interest and protects the integrity of our sportsbook.
Dispute resolution and complaints
If you believe monke has made an error or treated you unfairly, contact our support team. We investigate all complaints and respond within 3 business days. If we find we made an error—such as miscalculating a payout or charging an incorrect fee—we correct it immediately.
If you disagree with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to our management team. We review escalations carefully and provide a written response explaining our decision. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days.
If you remain dissatisfied after exhausting our complaint process, you may contact relevant authorities in your jurisdiction or seek legal advice. We encourage you to attempt resolution with monke first, as this is usually faster and less costly than formal legal action.

Jurisdiction and governing law
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. If you are located in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or any other region, you must confirm that online gaming is lawful where you are before accessing monke.
These terms are governed by the law of our operating jurisdiction. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of monke shall be resolved according to that law. If we pursue legal action against you, we will do so in the courts of our jurisdiction. If you pursue legal action against us, you must do so in the same jurisdiction or through binding arbitration if available.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting an update on our platform. Your continued use of monke after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account.
